1. How often can I book the piano room and where is the room?

The piano room can be booked per person and week for a maximum of two hours.

The Piano Room can be found in the America Memorial Library in the Sound section.

The dates are always released on Saturdays 10:00 AM for the following week.


2. Do I need a library card to make a booking?

Yes, a valid library card from the VÖBB is required for the booking.


3. Where and how do I get the key for the piano room?

The key can be obtained at the Information Desk against retention of the library card.


4. What happens if I am not there in time for the booked date?

If you do not show up, the reservation expires after 10 minutes. There is no claim to a replacement booking.


5. Do I need the booking number?

Yes, please bring your booking number with you. The order does not have to be presented in printed form.


6. Why is there a 10-minute break between the two time slots?

During this time, the security guard opens the windows for airing and closes them later again.


7. For what purpose will my e-mail address, which I have to provide when booking, be used?

Your e-mail address is used exclusively for communication in the context of your booking. Thus, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail after the booking process and when a change is made to your booking. Furthermore, you will receive an automated reminder e-mail 24 hours before the start of the event. We also reserve the right to contact you in this way if necessary about new circumstances / changes in the context of your order.
