The following special clauses and rules apply bindingly to all users of the room booking system.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Compliance ensures fair, safe, and proper use of the rooms.
🗓️ Booking Period
- Rooms can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
- A maximum of 7 booking slots per person per calendar week is allowed.
- On the day of use, bookings are only possible until 9:55 a.m.
👥 Participation Requirements
- A booking is only permitted for a minimum group size of 4 people.
- The maximum occupancy for this room is 10 people.
- Please only book slots that are actually needed to give other users a fair chance.
⏰ Punctuality and Validity
- Please arrive on time at the start of your booking slot.
- If the room is not used within 15 minutes of the start time, the booking is forfeited without replacement, and the room may be reassigned.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
- It is not permitted to hold political, religious, or commercial events in the rooms.
- Any use for purposes other than intended or in violation of applicable law is prohibited.

- Behave in a friendly, considerate, and respectful manner toward others and staff.
- The room is available to everyone unless reserved.
- When the room is booked, the group with proof of booking has priority. Keep your booking confirmation ready for any inquiries.
- Leave the room in proper order and clean; handle furnishings with care.
- Instructions from security staff or other authorized staff must be followed.
