1. What equipment do you offer and where can I find it?

We offer the following devices (location in brackets)


2. For how often and how long can I book the players?

You can book once a day.

A period of use is 3 hours.


3. What happens if I am not there in time for the booked appointment?

If you do not show up, the reservation expires after 10 minutes. There is no claim to a further booking on that day.


4. Do I have to print out my booking?

No, but you should make sure that you can show it when needed, e.g. digitally.


5. Do I also have to wear a mouth-nose cover at work?

Access to our buildings is only possible with an FFP2 mask. At the pre-booked seats, this can be exchanged for a surgical mask.


6. Are there any hygiene rules I have to follow?
