5. May I leave the library during my booked time?

Yes, but it can happen that you will be delayed due to entrance restrictions.

6. Do I have to wait in the queue for admission or do I just come in?

If there is a queue, the reservation does not guarantee that you will be in the library on time at the beginning of the appointment.

7. Will I lose my place if I am late?

No, the reservation is valid for the entire period booked. It does not expire automatically. Please cancel your booking if you cannot attend the appointment!

8. I cannot keep my appointment. What should I do?

Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. You can do this via the link you have received. If you no longer have this email, you can go to www.reservierung.zlb.de and the desired event to have a new link sent to you.

9. Can I come by without booking and use a free seat?

Due to the current need to record attendance, it is mandatory that you reserve a workstation before entering the library.

10. Why is there a 30 minute break between the two time slots?

This is to ensure that there is enough capacity at the entrance and that not too many users are in the library at the same time. Therefore, we ask you to leave your workplace on time.
